City of Stratford Appoints Anne Kircos as Director of Human Resources

The City of Stratford has named Anne Kircos as its Director of Human Resources effective October 3, 2022.

Ms. Kircos has served as Acting Director of Human Resources in Stratford since April 2021. She has years of progressive leadership and experience in employment law, policy and program development, strategic planning, training, recruitment and selection, health and safety and labour / employee relations.

Since joining the City Ms. Kircos has been an important member of the City’s Corporate Leadership Team and been responsible for the administration and direction of the human resources portfolio and day-to-day delivery of core human resources services.

“We are pleased that Anne is joining the City in this critical position. She will play a key role in setting and implementing our human resources strategy to support the goals of the City,” said Chief Administrative Officer Joan Thomson.
