Notice of Temporary Street Closure July 1, 2022

Please be advised that the following roads will be closed to vehicular traffic for the Kinsmen Canada Day Fireworks Event as follows:  

On Friday, July 1, 2022, at 8:00am to 11:00pm:

  • Oakdale Avenue from O’Loane Avenue to Matilda Street  

On Friday, July 1, 2022, at 6:30pm to 11:00pm:

  • Oakdale Avenue from O’Loane Avenue to Forman Avenue
  • Matilda Street from Galt Road to Bell Court

Please be advised that the following roads will be closed to vehicular traffic for the Canada Day Event in Market Square on Friday, July 1, 2022, from 6:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. as follows:

  • Wellington Street from St. Patrick Street to Downie Street
  • Downie Street from Albert Street to George Street West
  • Market Place from Wellington Street to Downie Street

Please be advised that the following roads will be closed to vehicular traffic for the Canada Day Parade:

 On Friday, July 1, 2022, at 3:30pm to 6:30pm:

  • Lakeside Drive from Waterloo Street to Front Street

 On Friday, July 1, 2022, at 5:30pm to 7:30pm:

  • Waterloo Street from Lakeside Drive to Mornington Street
  • Mornington Street from Waterloo Street to McCarthy Road
  • McCarthy Road from Mornington Street to Stratford Rotary Complex
