Planning and Heritage Sub-committee

That the following members of Council are hereby appointed to the Planning and Heritage Sub-committee for four-year terms ending November 14, 2026:

Planning and Heritage Sub-committee Mandate

The Planning and Heritage Sub-committee meets to consider matters relating to the physical growth of Stratford and matters to encourage the preservation of heritage buildings and architecture.

They discuss and make recommendations on planning issues, the Official Plan and amendments, the Zoning By-law and amendments, Plans of Subdivision and Condominiums, the designation of heritage buildings, signage, property standards, street naming, public buildings and building inspections.

The Planning and Heritage Sub-committee also works with and considers recommendations from the following Advisory Committees and Boards:
