Corporate Services

The Corporate Services Department offers a wide variety of services to the public through City Hall. As well, Corporate Services provides internal support to City Council and all of the City departments in the areas of administration, financial services, budgeting, information technology, and public communication.

The following services are also provided corporately:

  • Switchboard/voicemail/telephone systems administration
  • Incoming/Outgoing mail
  • General reception for City Hall and "one-stop shopping" counter responsibilities including selling bag tags and transit tickets/passes

The Corporate Services Department is made up of five divisions:
