Located in the Stratford Rotary Complex, the Stratford Agriplex is the southern-most building located on site. During the sport season (Oct - April), the "Fieldhouse" is converted to an athletic space, consisting of a 24,000 square foot removable maple hardwood floor. Entire Fieldhouse features lines for 16 badminton courts, 4 volleyball courts, and 4 basketball courts.
As a sport facility, the Stratford Agriplex features:

- Three 100 foot long sport curtains, which fold into the ceiling
- Four fully accessible changerooms and showers
