I feel for all citizens, young and old, as well as business owners big and small. Every single person in our community has been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. In light of the state of emergency declared this morning by Ontario Premier Doug Ford, the City of Stratford will close all of its administrative buildings to the public, effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 4:30 p.m., until further notice.
