Notice of Intent to Consider Declaring as Surplus and to Dispose of 38 Coriano Street

In accordance with the Sale and Other Disposition of Land Policy P.3.1, Notice is hereby given that Stratford City Council is considering declaring all of Plan 140 BLK BB PT BLK T, municipally described as 38 Coriano Street, City of Stratford, County of Perth, Province of Ontario to be surplus to the needs of The Corporation of the City of Stratford.

The City owns this property which is approximately .15 hectares. This property is currently designated a Residentially Zoned R1(4) Area.

The lands identified above are under consideration as being surplus and for disposal by direct negotiation and sale to Pol Quality Homes for the development of 9 units, in 3 triplexes on severed lots, all at market rates.

Council shall consider this matter at the date, time, and location of the Council meeting noted below:
