Repairs to the elevator at City Hall are now complete.
After a successful inspection by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA), the elevator is available for use by the public again, effective immediately.
In-person meetings in the Council Chambers will resume as of Monday, February 6, 2023.
We appreciate everyone’s patience during this service disruption.

Over the past few weeks, nearly 20 new benches have been installed at transit stops in Stratford through a partnership between the City of Stratford and Creative Outdoor.
The rugged, all-weather benches are suitable for the various types of weather in Stratford, and also meet provincial accessibility guidelines.
Up to 10 more benches will be added next year.
Creative Outdoor is supplying and installing the benches at no cost to the municipality, and will provide advertising space on them. The City...
