City of Stratford to Host LivFit Exercise for 35+

On Thursdays starting October 6, from 9 – 10 a.m., the City of Stratford will host LivFit Exercise with Diane Hernden for those 35 years of age and older.

As a retired secondary school teacher with 30 years of service as an educator in health and fitness, Diane holds numerous certifications including Certified Personal Trainer with Merit, Cancer Exercise Specialist and Older Adults Exercise Specialist.

Public Appointments to Advisory Committees

There is currently one youth representative position available for a one-year term on the City of Stratford's Energy and Environment Advisory Committee.

The committee meets on the first Thursday of the month at 4 p.m. to advise Council relating to waste reduction initiatives, water and energy conservation and preservation of natural areas.
