The City of Stratford is planning for a phased re-opening of its administrative offices.
Effective Monday, July 27, 2020, City Hall offices and both Fire Stations will open to the public by appointment for services that cannot be provided online or over the telephone. Examples of in-person appointments include obtaining marriage licences, commissioning of documents, and conducting civil ceremonies in the Council Chamber.
The public will be asked to call the Clerk’s Office at 519-271-0250 extension...

Stratford’s City Clerk has now certified the results of the 2022 Municipal and School Board Election.
The official results are available on the City of Stratford’s website at www.stratford.ca/elections
The results can also be viewed in the Clerk's Office on the ground floor at City Hall, 1 Wellington Street.

The City of Stratford is aware that recent painting work on the Grand Trunk site has resulted in overspray on some parked vehicles.
We apologize for this, and have now finalized a process by which those affected by the issue can have it remedied at no cost to themselves.

On Thursdays starting October 6, from 9 – 10 a.m., the City of Stratford will host LivFit Exercise with Diane Hernden for those 35 years of age and older.
As a retired secondary school teacher with 30 years of service as an educator in health and fitness, Diane holds numerous certifications including Certified Personal Trainer with Merit, Cancer Exercise Specialist and Older Adults Exercise Specialist.

Book of Condolences Available for Signing
The City of Stratford has set up an official book of condolences for members of the public to share their thoughts and memories of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
The book is available Monday to Saturday at the Destination Stratford Tourism Office located at 47 Downie Street, Stratford across from City Hall starting today (Friday, September 9) between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Saturdays between 9:00 a.m. to
1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
