Heritage Conservation Loan and Grant Programs

Through a 5-year trial program, the City of Stratford had previously offered an interest-free façade improvement loan ($25,000), a building code upgrade loan ($50,000), and a grant program for property improvements within the Heritage Conservation District. These programs, however, are currently not available, as they are under review.
