Sanitary Service Replacement Subsidy

The city offers a sanitary service replacement subsidy for property owners who meet the eligibility requirements for the program. The eligibility requirements can be found by referring to City of Stratford Policy S.1.8. Sanitary Service Subsidy Program General Requirements.

If a capital project is being undertaken by the City for a re-construction project in which the sewermain is being replaced as part of the project, property owners may have the opportunity to upgrade their sanitary service during the capital project. If a resident is planning on completing a sanitary rehabilitation using the liner installation method, they must complete the Engineering Agreement for Relining of Sanitary Service form. For more information, please contact the Infrastructure Services Department by email.
