Property Tax Rates
The amount of property taxes paid in Stratford is calculated using two variables: the current value assessment (CVA) of a property as calculated by the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC), and the tax rate as determined by the revenue requirements of the City of Stratford.
