Child Care Waitlist

The City of Stratford OneHSN registry and waitlist is where you can apply for licensed child care in Stratford, St. Marys, and Perth County. A licensed child care program must meet provincial standards for health, safety, and provide programming aligned with How Does Learning Happen? Ontario’s Pedagogy for the early years.

• The child care waitlist includes all licensed programs for children aged 0 to 12.
• Half day, full day, and before and after school programs are available. 
• You can apply to more than one child care program at the same time.
• Joining the waitlist is free.
• Applying to the waitlist does not guarantee a space. Wait times vary.
• You will be contacted by a child care provider when a space becomes available.

What you need before you apply

• Your child’s date of birth.
• Your contact information.
• The programs you want to apply to.
• Your preferred days and start date.
