Take part in one of Southern Ontario's best Santa Claus parades. This parade will take place in the evening, and floats are to be to illuminated and decorated as best as possible.
Parade to return to Stratford November 28 |
On November 28, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., citizens are welcome to attend Santa's Parade of Lights in Stratford. This year's parade is scheduled kick off at 5:00 p.m. from the William Allman Memorial Arena, travelling up Morenz Drive/Nile Street to Ontario Street, then along Downie Street to City Hall, and finishing at the Cooper site. Fifty floats are expected to participate, and Santa Claus will be in the final one, expected to arrive at City Hall at 6:15 p.m.
This event is coordinated by the City of Stratford and the KIN service club and is presented consistent with current public health guidelines and in consultation with Huron Perth Public Health. |

Parking Arrangements for Allman Arena Hockey Patrons |
Road closures and barricades installed in the area on November 28 from 3-7pm will limit access to the Allman Arena parking lot for hockey patrons. Those attending the arena will be permitted to access the arena parking lot off North Street and additional parking includes use of the Tom Patterson Theatre parking lot off Water Street, on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Using Public Transit to attend the Parade |
On Sundays, Stratford Transit provides an On Demand service allowing transit to meet the needs of customers while routing vehicles only to requested stops. Customers will be able to schedule a ride based on their own timeframes and route desired stop, allowing passengers to get anywhere in the city. |

Floats fees are $45 for a community group and $100 for a corporate group. Deadline to apply is November 24, 2021. Application closed for this year. |
