Joan Thomson is the Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Stratford. 
Ms. Thomson has been with the City of Stratford for more than 30 years, and has served in a series of progressive roles before being named as City Clerk in 1999.
She was appointed as Stratford's Acting Chief Administrative Officer on July 3, 2019, and became Chief Administrative Officer on April 21, 2020.
