Chief Administrative Officer Joan Thomson has retired from the City of Stratford as of March 31, 2025 after 40 years in service to the City of Stratford, 5 of which were spent as CAO.
While the search takes place for a permanent CAO, Stratford City Council has appointed Adam Betteridge as Interim CAO. Adam currently serves as the City’s Director of Building and Planning Services and brings two years previous experience in the CAO role from the Township of Malahide.
