That the following members of Council are hereby appointed to the Finance and Labour Relations Sub-committee for four-year terms ending November 14, 2026:

The Finance and Labour Relations Sub-committee meets to consider matters relating to the financial operations of the City of Stratford, administrative and council policies and procedures and labour relations.
They discuss and make recommendations on accounting, audits, purchasing, tax collection, the Capital Forecast, Capital and Capital Works Expenditures, technology, grants to organizations and others, grants from other governments and organizations, financial statements and reports, the City's Insurance coverage, labour negotiations, personnel policies, administrative policies, by-laws and procedures, the lottery licencing policy, financial statements and reports for Festival Hydro Inc. and Festival Hydro Services Inc., to consider updates from the Stratford Tourism Alliance and to consider updates from Stratford Economic Development Corporation (SEED Co).
SEED Co. is responsible for business and development opportunities and liaising with other levels of government. Specifically,
