The Building and Planning Department is proud to provide services that ensure the City of Stratford is planned and developed in a manner that meets the existing and future goals of our community. The department is responsible for conducting inspections to ensure all new construction projects are safe and sound and our municipal by-law enforcement officers investigate complaints received from the public regarding alleged violations and non-compliance with various City by-laws.
